A Study on the effects of Yoga Therapy Program and Dance-Sport Program on Improving Cognitive Function and Depression of High-Risk Group of Dementia

Abstract
In this study, yoga therapy program and dance-sport program carried out by cognitive function, depression, and examined the effect to target high-risk groups with dementia. The increase of the old man population have resulted in an increase in age-related disease, and it is Alzheimer's dementia that is typical of those. Alzheimer's dementia makes to drop their life qualities of patients and their family dropped with a lot of pressure and pain and as well as to have become a serious social problems. Thus, for the prevention of dementia in need of fundamental countermeasures are established. According to previous studies, Alzheimer's disease may cause loss of cognitive functions and psychological difficulties. And early detection and treatment for high-risk groups with dementia could be to increase preventive effects of dementia. This study was to detect effects of yoga program and dance-sports program for high-risk group with dementia. Based on the results of this study, yoga program have positive impacts on cognitive function, depression for high-risk group of dementia. These results could be suggested that yoga therapy program could be applied to high-risk old man group of dementia.
